Terms And Conditions

By placing orders with us, please kindly note the following T&Cs:

(1) ALL prices are quoted in SGD

(2) NO meet-ups, delivery via POST only. For registered local post (strongly advisable), pls add $2.50 on top of normal mail postage. For oversea buyers, postage will be advised accordingly.

(3) All items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

(4) We are not liable for any loss of damages during delivery.

(5) Will not be responsible if items arrive in different color/shade as color seen on website may vary due to lighting &/or computer resolution.

(6) Please note we DO NOT entertain any swaps.

(7) Products are based on First Come First Serve Basis and please be willing to wait up to 1~2 weeks for items to arrive due to unforeseen situations result from shipment delivery.

(8) NO backing out / cancellation of orders upon confirmation.

(9) Dreamy Princess Castle reserve the rights to amend T&Cs at any time.
